Woolworths Springwood

Edit 1: Still 5 stars I thought I'd review it after my most recent visit, didn't realise I already loved this Woolies. Just so you know, the customer service here is pure gold, the staff are so helpful and they've always been polite. I absolutely love it that they always have a staffed register as opposed to funneling all customers through to the self service. Often drive out of my way, and past other Woolworths just to shop here. Keep up the good work team!!! I'd have to say that this is best presented Woolworths store. Not my usual Woolies, but oh man was it a breath of fresh air. It wasn't run by kids (akin to Underwood store), the checkouts were clean and manned. The first impression walking in was gold, you could smell the fresh fruit and bakery. Plenty of customers and plenty of staff available. note, this was at 5pm on a Friday afternoon and the shop was still in great order! Think I'll be making an effort to make this one my usual. Keep up the good work. Ps. They've always got bread, unlike other Woolworths stores (looking at you Underwood)

A recently revamped store along with some other major renovations to the centre itself. The store does look great. The staff look like they appreciate the changes and are happy to show you were items are that you're trying to find.

The owner is fantastic as are his staff here and in Holland Park.great service.and delicious food. Scrolls properly proofed and risen like other places. Thank you!

This Woolworths recently had a much needed makeover. Easier to navigate now & get in & out quickly. Staff lacked warmth , no greeting or farewell at self check outs

Very popular. Come on the wrong day and it’s hard to get items. But it’s new and perfect for your needs.

I lost my keys in the store and the staff went above and beyond to help me find them.

Yesterday a lovely lady with dark hair was at the self checkout area and could see I was struggling a bit with gathering items as I had a baby strapped to me. She helped me with my items and ran and got me a trolley straight away and was just very kind to me. I also always get warm and friendly hellos at the Woolworths here. It’s not always our closest but my partner and I always make our way here regardless. Thanks again to the lady
